Causes of Mood Changes

Do you know what is meant by the phase mood changes? It is when a person's personality changes very quickly. Sometimes there are good reasons for these changes, other times there may not be. This can cause some pretty intense mood changes. Some pre-teens will be more prone to these changes than others, but all of them will subside once this change has taken place. Unfortunately, some conditions can be more serious. For example, bipolar is a mental illness that greatly affects a person's mood swing. Without treatment a person with this condition may not be able to live a normal life, they certainly will encounter many problems.

Mood swings are also linked with ADHD and other hyperactive disorders.
